A breath of fresh air for everyone - the people, the demons that remained... and yes, the cats. Business is good, now that sunlight has returned.

Flynn was often in high demand for all sorts of requests, so she'll be there for just a bit more. The door opens exactly at the appointed time, and he steps in - clothes clean despite Isabeau knowing that he had taken on a slaying mission, since he took a bit of time to neaten up first.

Both the bartender and his companion get a nod of greeting, as is common for the stoic youth. When he comes closer, his expression softens. ]

[Maybe instead of going on walks to get the surroundings better, she should devote herself to missions, just like Flynn does. It would be definitely safer for her poor heart which starts to beat faster the moment his voice reaches her ears.

He's not... dense, not exactly. It's hard to not notice the emotions of someone you're close to, but he's by nature someone who does not act unless absolutely sure of it. Given how Isabeau is clearly very flustered, it wouldn't be right to bring anything of the sort up until she's calmed down. ]

Especially when it comes down to her calming down. Somehow, it's much easier when Flynn is around—if he weren't, she'd probably stay flustered for much, much longer. Isabeau may have gotten a hold of herself, but clearly something is still on her mind.]

[ For Flynn, it's much easier to take on the role as the grounded member in a group, to quietly listen to others' views and then think of a way to make his own judgment. In a way he lacked his own initiative if not presented with something that needed to be taken care of - but that can be worked on. Plus, observation tells him a lot about other people.

He puts a hand to his chin, using the gesture to convey that he has to think about it. While he has heard of it and definitely seen older folks do it, it always seemed like something that happened exclusively to other people.

Not that he's oblivious to this particular situation, no. ]
